A practical, personal approach to building

Egypt Residential brings more than 20 years of experience as a carpenter, superintendent and construction project manager to residential work throughout the South Shore and surrounding coastal communities. Every project is approached with careful planning, straightforward communication and respect for the people who live there.

It started with a small house by the sea.

Over the course of a year, I transformed an aging seaside cottage called Ag na Farraige into the home I had imagined it could become. The work required patience, resourcefulness, hands-on craftsmanship and hundreds of decisions—large and small.

That experience reminded me why I entered construction in the first place: to improve real places for real people. It ultimately inspired me to leave corporate construction management and establish Egypt Residential.
